Well, after my long period of research (since LN46A630, and end with a purchase LN46B630), I received this from Amazon soon. Happy. No force of any kind on the packaging. Still happy.
But when you try to run it, nothing.
. peeled away all front panel of clear tape,
. Remote changed the batteries 3 times,
(remote illuminated all three times).
. held by 2 inches at a distance of 12 meters,
. pointed directly at the eye at a distance
. many other passages, but you get the idea.

Awfuul TV. No calibration Tint. Colors The colors are too bright, but pale are too lenient. Moreover, the faces are often confused. I went through the display settings, but it has improved the color settings. And change the sharpness and quality is not blurred image.
And if you have a satellite link, not the identification of TV programs / channels work. Only your TV remote control, you'll need to identify, arguing that the program and the channel you're watching.
A great disappointment after reading the rave reviews for this TV at Amazon. Back tomorrow. DO NOT BUY THIS TV. Caveat emptor rule.

Unless you are the kind who would spend like crazy, chances are you would be better off finding replacement parts on your own to save a bit on repair costs.
There are a lot of good sources to get LCD replacement bulbs. In fact Amazon.com has a lot on hand. But for the people who are not techie or would know less about them, chances are you would leave a technician to do all the work for you. Mind you, while labor costs are a given, having them get the parts for you would also entail some additional costs for their trouble.
